Potentia Delta-9

Potentia Delta-9 is a playable Adeptus Mechanicus Technoarcheologist Commander defined by scouting and flexible development. She can dispatch a servo-skull to inspect remote battlefield areas, and the faction preview says her upgrade paths can develop her toward melee or ranged combat. Her campaign perspective also represents a possible break from a Magos Dominus’s agenda. These statements establish choice and information gathering, but the page gives no named upgrade, weapon, cost, scouting radius, unlock condition, ability limit, defensive quality or complete combat kit.

Potentia was designed as one of two contrasting Adeptus Mechanicus leaders. Her flexible upgrade paths and remote scouting support individual adaptation, while Skitarii Marshal Sek-Ix-23 is framed around strengthening a formation from the centre of battle. The campaign setup further distinguishes her through a choice between following the Marshal’s superior and pursuing another agenda. This is character and design context rather than a tuning record. No previous playable version, revised servo-skull, altered path, removed upgrade, balance pass, patch history or dated mechanical change is documented.

The supported player choice is conceptual: use Potentia’s servo-skull to examine remote areas, then develop the Commander toward either melee or ranged combat. That gives her a scouting role and two broad directions without identifying a universally stronger one. The preview does not explain how the servo-skull is controlled, what it reveals, which upgrades belong to each path or whether the paths exclude one another. It also names no preferred army, objective or combat sequence. High-level use can frame flexibility and reconnaissance, but not prescribe a build, rotation or matchup.
